Possibly. This will be on a case by case basis. We prefer players skating within their own age group. The majority of our camps focus on individual skills. Therefore, players will be challenged at an advanced pace within their own age group. We find moving players up an age group actually hinders their development as they spend each ice time trying to “keep up” rather than “developing” proper skating and hockey techniques. If the Program Instructors see a need to move your player up, we will contact the parent. If you register in the wrong age bracket without discussing with us, we will move you to the proper program.
Our professional staff can be viewed by clicking on the Instructors Page. Additional program coaches include professional coaches, university coaches, junior instructors and former students. Our on-ice staff provides each student with the best in player development and the ultimate experience while at camp.
Program schedules are emailed at least 2 weeks prior to the camp start date or sooner.
