If you have a group/team, or interested in putting together a team, we can supply the ice and professional instruction and skill coaches. If you need more players to fill your roster, we can assist with that as well. Parent group will organize games and tournaments (we can assist with that). *there will be NO refunds for ALL Spring Programs unless the arenas close down again, in which case you will receive a refund (minus 5%, plus possible tournament admin fees and possible jersey swag if ordered prior to a potential shutdown). If only tournaments are cancelled, you will be refunded the cost of tournaments

Below are the details of the program so you can make an informed decision:
COST: $950-1450 (plus GST)
$200 Deposit Option.
Remaining Balance to be charged March 15th when we have a better idea the program will run
All of our coaches are exceptional and highly qualified (Certified/Qualified NCCP/Hockey Canada Coaches). All are well respected within their respective hockey communities with a main focus on Developing our players to the next level.
PRACTICES/SKILL CLINICS (12-22hrs depending on birthyear)
Full-Ice Practices and Games
The Spring Season will start after Spring Break and run to the end first week of June. Teams will receive at least 12-14hours of Skill Development with most sessions @ Seton YMCA on Saturday/Sunday Afternoons and possibly evenings. To compliment our Team Specific Practices, we will be offering Professional Skill Instructors (with over 1000 professional games between them) to run Skill/Position Specific Clinics (Sessions) with one or more of the following running ALL practices with Parent Coaches assisting practices and coaching the gmaes:
  • Offensive/Skating Specialist: Dean Seymour - Hockey Canada Skills Instructor, Sweeden1, NCAA, WHL;
  • Offensive/Skating Specialist: Adrian Foster - AHL, Sweeden1, DEL;
  • Offensive/Skating Specialist: Darcy George - NCAA Div 1, ECHL, Germany
  • Offensive/Skills Specialist: Jamie Steer - NCAA, Alberta Cup Coach, OMH Bantam AAA Head Coach;
  • Defensive/Skills Specialist: Micki Dupont - Hockey Canada Skills Instructor, NHL, SwissA, DEL, WHL);
  • Defensive/Skills Specialist: Gord Baldwin - AHL, EIHL;
  • Powerskating Specialist: Danielle Fujita 
  • Goaltending Specialist: World Pro Goaltending and/or GDI
3 Tournament Fees included - Three in town and It will be dependent on levels offered at each tournament. If tournaments are cancelled or not offered due to Covid-19, tournament fees will be refunded. 2014s will not be in tournaments, but we will set up some 1/2 ice/cross-ice games with other reputable programs.
Hurricane Hockey Club & Hurricane Powerskating carries full liability insurance for its players and coaches during practice, games and tournaments.
Returning players will not need to purchase Sublimated Home/Away Jersey, Socks, Practice Jersey, unless they need a new size, in which case they will have to purchase a new set. 
Players new to the program will have to purchase the set ($210). 
Optional Apparel available for purchase: Hoodie, T-Shirt, Hat, Jogging Pants, Team Bag with number 
We are open to any and all ideas for sponsorship/fundraising to reduce fees for families.

Covid-19 Protocols/Policies We will have a rigorous Covid Policy, guidelines, and procedures in place that will be in line with the most recent AHS Guidelines, City of Calgary Protocols/Policies, Arena Protocols/Policies, and Government of Alberta Protocols/Policies. We will present these prior to the Spring based on the most up to date information we have.

COVID -19 Cancellation Policy There will be NO refunds for ALL Spring Teams. However, if our Spring Season is cancelled due to Covid-19 and/or arena closures that are out of our control, we will refund minus a 5% admin fee to cover operating costs to date plus deduct any additional cost incurred (swag, jersey, gear costs if ordered BEFORE the program closure notification).
